NEBOX Tips & Tricks

If you're a new or advanced user of the NEBOX, you've probably experienced a few glitches with the device, but fear not; here's a list of some of the common reported issues that users have experienced and a few tricks to fix those glitches.Leaking:
This is one of the issues that is most often reported from users, fearing that there might be a problem with the cap. Leaving the device in a downward position may cause some spillage, and this is likely due to the thinness of non max VG e liquid, which causes the coil's seal to break. One solution is to tighten your coil to prevent breakage. Every tank refill causes the coil to loosen a bit, so remember to tighten it frequently.
RBA Deck: Using the RBA deck is the simplest way to prevent your device from leaking. The RBA deck featured in the NEBOX creates an airtight seal between the e juice and the air chambers. Since you can decide how much organic cotton goes into your coil and wicks, you can completely control at the speed at which your e liquid moves through your coil. The RBA deck includes a pre installed coil which simply requires wicking, as well a replacement coil. Check out our blog later this month for a video on RBA deck wicking, but in the meantime, there are a number of YouTube videos available on the subject. It might be intimating at first, but not only is it a great solution to the leaking issue, but also a cost effective solution.
Original OCC Coil: The original OCC, a square shaped coil, uses a similar chamber-like system that creates a vacuum seal. Unlike the RBA deck, you cannot choose how much wicking material it uses. This coil should solve your leaking problem on its own, but if it continues, use a pair of tweezers to pull the cotton slightly out of the wicking hole. This will slow down your e juice flow and require short breaks between chain vaping to improve the flow of e liquid. By creating this secondary shield, you are altering how the juicing process works and wicking will take a bit longer than normal to completely juice your wick.
These are just a few easy steps to resolve your leakage issues. We will be posting a video on both processes above soon to guide you through the process if you are still experience leaking. These steps have been tested using various NEBOX devices and have been proven to work.
