Aspire Triton 2 Sub Ohm Tank Review
Aspire is back, this time with a revision of their wildly successful Triton Sub Ohm Tank. The newly redesigned Triton 2 picks up right where the original left off but with some huge improvements. One of the most noticeable changes is the new attention to heat sink for the even dissipation of accumulated heat that accompanies a tank being fired at high wattage. This version features a bunch of new ridges and grooves to help the vape tank cool off faster, which results in a longer coil life span as well as better performance for continuous vaping. Another change is the top fill approach that Aspire has taken with the Triton 2. While other companies use swivel base tops, Aspire completely innovated to allow you to remove the entire top housing of the tank in order to refill with ease regardless of your dropper or bottle.
The new RTA deck for the Aspire Triton 2 feels more like a coil housing itself rather than an actual RTA deck. By evolving how it houses your own pre-made coil and how it wicks, Aspire Triton 2's RTA deck makes cost cutting a thing of beauty. The ability to house up to a 3mm coil means more surface room to produce your favorite coil builds. Expect voluminous clouds from this excellent feat in engineering.
The tank is capable of carrying 3ml of e liquid at capacity, stands at a height of 67.5mm and 22.5mm in width. This makes for a compact vaping experience that is both of high caliber and easily portable. The Aspire Triton 2 will feature replacement coils in varying different materials (Nickel, Kanthal, Clapton) making you ability to customize how you vape an easy one!
