Breazy Returns Policy
All orders placed are final, and cannot be canceled after 1 hour has lapsed after purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Warranty coverage expires 30 days after purchase, claims will only be processed if the merchandise is within the warranty period. We do not cover the cost of shipment for a warranty return, or any type of return. We do not accept returns if a product is non-defective and functional, such as for any minor aesthetic reasons. No warranty exchange replacement product will be shipped until Breazy receives the defective item.

Issues not covered by our warranty will be resolved by the manufacturer.
We must approve the return, and all returns must be postmarked within 7 days of notification.
Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also email you with troubleshooting steps in an attempt to save you the time of returning the items.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. For example, if you received free shipping, but it cost us $5.99 to ship the product to you, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund. This may be higher or lower depending on the weight. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
