Covid Update

Luckily our type of business was classified as essential in Nevada, so we are operating. We’ve taken steps to ensure the health and safety of our team members who are working tirelessly to keep us operational and serving our customers. We are shipping and still fully operational. We will do our best to continue to fulfill our quality promise to you, our customer.

Those steps include:

• Increasing the hourly wage of our warehouse team members during this time of uncertainty, because it’s the right thing to do. These individuals leave their families to come into work to provide our customers with the fast shipping we’ve always promised. They are Breazy’s front line, and they should be recognized for going above and beyond during this time.
• Cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces of common areas in our warehouse multiple times a day.
• Providing hand sanitizer to our team members.
• Encouraging social distancing inside our warehouse.

Adult signature required shipping:

Certain states require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present upon delivery with valid ID to accept the package. All delivery carriers charge extra for this feature, and our shipping rates have been adjusted for addresses in the following states:

• Virginia
• Texas
• Washington
• North Dakota


Breazy Shipping 


Ownership of packages accepted by USPS transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or mis-delivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you do not agree to this policy you will not be able to complete a purchase as the terms & conditions box must be checked. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.

At Breazy.com we offer a variety of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed. A large majority of the time, your order will be processed in 24 hours. In some situations though, it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discretely for your security.

Shipping Methods
At Breazy we have a couple of different shipping methods to choose from. It is important to know that the shipping method you choose will not speed up the processing time of your order. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We try our hardest to get all our packages out quickly.

USPS is one of the most affordable methods to ship packages to our customers. USPS delivers packages six days a week (Monday – Saturday) and work very hard to get the mail out. The only downfall to USPS is the lack of tracking updates and most of the time you will have your package before tracking has been updated.

USPS First Class Mail
First Class mail is the standard of our shipping. We can only fit 13 ounces worth of product in a first class mail package. This is most common shipping method chosen by our customers. It will normally get to its destination in 3 – 7 business days.

USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail is slightly faster then first class mail. We calculate the rate based on the size of the order and the kind of priority mail package that will need to be used. These packages typically arrive to our customers in 2 – 5 business days.

USPS Express Mail
USPS Express Mail is slightly faster then USPS Priority Mail. We calculate the rate based on the size of the order and the kind of express mail package that will need to be used. Express mail must be to the post office by 3pm to get processed for 1 – 2 day shipping. Remember paying for express mail does not give you a quicker processing time it just means that once your order has shipped it will arrive at its destination at the fastest possible speed. Express mail can not be used to ship to APOs or FPOs.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping at Breazy on all domestic orders over $60, except to states that require an adult signature on delivery. This method incurs additional shipping costs and therefore does not qualify for free shipping.  Free shipping does not apply to international orders.


Sometimes, there are also coupon codes for free shipping. When a customer chooses free shipping we ship via the least expensive method possible. Our system will pick the best method for us to use so your package may ship via USPS or UPS depending on cost. Free shipping will never work on international orders.

International Shipping
At Breazy we ship packages world wide. Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer, assumes all shipping risk. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS or FedEx. If you order any e-juice, your customs form will be labeled as e-juice. We will not stretch the truth or under declare values on any packages. We offer a variety of international shipping methods. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country. In certain cases the packages may get held up in customs, or never delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience but international customers assume that risk, and once we ship it internationally we consider it a finalized sale.


International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.


We ship at your own risk, but there is a chance they WILL BE confiscated. We are not responsible for these products if done so.

First Class International Mail
International postage is based on the weight of your package. First Class International Mail is assigned a tracking number. Unfortunately, once the package leaves the USA (typically in New Jersey) we will not have any other tracking information on this package. First Class International Mail can take up to 20 business days to reach its destination. Please also understand that customs can delay this process.

Express International Mail
International postage is based on the weight. Express International Mail is assigned a tracking number and can be tracked until it is delivered to the customer. Your package will arrive to you in 3 – 10 business days, but because of potential customs delays, this process may take up to 20 business days.

Order Cancellation and Alteration Policy
You can cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, as it could have already been processed or shipped. Currently, you can not make other alterations to the order after it is placed. If you need to make changes to items in your order, you can cancel within 1 hour and place the order again.


Lost and Undelivered Packages
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Breazy Inc.  When issues arise from packages not received, as a courtesy we can help our customers file claims with the carrier in use 
on your behalf, though we reserve the right not to file the claim at our discretion.
