Dinner Lady E Liquid Lemon Tart Review

Every once in awhile, I'll encounter a certain e-juice that sticks with me - a flavor that I can't really seem to comprehend, but fully give myself over to. It's been a long time since I've found a juice like this that has kept me hooked.

My cravings have been fulfilled by Dinner Lady- Lemon Tart. A succulent blend of lemon and pastry, I can't seem to ever be without it.

First off, the bottle itself is exactly what I imagined when getting this liquid. It's a yellow-tinted glass bottle with a design reminiscent of an old-fashioned 1950s diner; basically 'Johnny Rockets-esque.'

The liquid itself has a slight yellow tint to it, but stays mostly clear. With a 30/70 PG/VG ratio, the cloud production and thickness of the juice is spot on. There really isn't much throat hit, so the inhale goes down nice and smooth. As with most higher VG liquid, I was expecting the flavor to be a little less pronounced than higher PG liquids. Boy, was I wrong.

Upon first inhale, I'm brought back to the diners of my childhood. No, I wasn't a child in the 1950s - I was a 90s kid, but I was always a vintage America enthusiast, a fan of Buddy Holly and Elvis from age three. So, of course, I visited plenty of diners fulfilling the image. The flavor first tastes like a smooth lemon meringue, as is described. It isn't a lip-puckering tart, rather a smooth lemon dessert. The lemon is rich and ripe, and is honestly one of the best I've tasted in a long time.

The exhale is mesmerizing, as it seems the flavor transforms in half a second. From the initial lemon, it transforms into a rich dessert that seems to melt in your mouth. The flavor brings forth a creamy lemon custard with what seems to be a flaky element, similar to a strudel. The fullness of the dessert, I believe, is due to the higher VG. The thickness fills out the flavor and instead of it being a liquid, it tastes and feels more like a full-bodied dessert.

To be honest, the reason I'm so partial to the flavor is because it reminds me of Northern Lights Oculus, which was my go-to flavor for years. But, Lemon Tart seems richer and more alive. I've finally found an improvement on my former favorite and my current bottle is almost empty, even though I bought it just a day ago.

If you enjoy lemon flavors, but prefer something more along the lines of a smoother dessert than a sour fruit, than this juice is a surefire winner. Even if you aren't the biggest fan of lemon flavors, I'd still recommended that you try Lemon Tart at least once.

I rarely find a liquid that entrenches itself so firmly as to become an all-day vape, but Dinner Lady Lemon Tart is an exception. From its succulent lemon, to its smooth dessert custard, this juice is not only one of the best, but something that you'll stick with for a long time to come.
