As someone who appreciates rich flavor with every hit, Vandy Vape's Govad RDA is a godsend. Considered by some to be the best RDA of 2017, it's perhaps one of the greatest RDAs I've seen so far. Plus, the new company is a result of Geekvape's designer, Mr. Stefen Zhang, who led the design on many of Geekvape's greatest products. He now is the CEO and chief creative designer over at Vandy Vape, where he crafted the Govad RDA wonder. It's an RDA like no other and lives up to its name, Govad meaning wind in Persian mythology.

It's a well-crafted, sleek RDA with not one, not two, but three drip tips, with one taller than the others, allowing your lips to be further from the metal top cap, making chain vaping a lot more comfortable.

 

The four airflow slots allow for a smooth flow no matter which way you hit, making it great for indirect and direct airflow. It also has adjustable bottom airflow slots, fine tuning the smoothness and improving the flavor richness.

The deck is something you'll want to stare at all day with its gold plated bottom-trap style similar to the Pharaoh dripper tank, including spring-loaded clamps, making coil mounting much easier. The deck is suited for huge single coils, but can work with a dual setup. The space between the two posts is pretty wide, allowing a large 5mm coil to fit snugly.

Because of this, wicking and building is very simple. The spring loaded clamps make any type of coil easy to mount, which is a great perk. Once you mount it, all you have to do is wick it and vape.

From here, the RDA gives off amazing flavor. Because of the bottom airflow, you're guaranteed the most intense flavor and a pleasing, smooth airflow which is up for any adjustment you desire.

Since the airflow tube is directly under the coil, it may seem that dripping down the middle may be a problem. This isn't entirely the case, though. If you run a wide enough coil you can drip right down the middle. If your coil is skinnier, you'll have to take the top cap off and pretty much paint your coil in the style of an old Magma or Manta. While it's best for those who enjoy to paint their juice instead of dripping, similar to the Kennedy RDA, it isn't firmly limited.

The Govad RDA is a build not to be messed with. Even on a single coil, you won't believe how amazing the vapor production is and you'll definitely shock a few vape techies. It's adjustable to your tastes and will make you feel that vaping can't go any further. It's a perfect RDA for the vaper who wants a restrictive hit and that dense, rich flavor that pushes juice to its fullest potential. If you vape a green apple juice, it'll taste just as if you took a bite of a ripe, juicy apple that you've found at your local market. If it's a cheesecake juice, you'll be convinced that you've bit into a slice of the succulent dessert, almost feeling it smooth over your taste buds and flow down your throat. The vapor production is amazing and no matter what way you set it up, it'll keep you excited for your next hit.
