Those of you who have followed this blog know that I have tried just about every all in one vaping system on the planet. From the Nebox, to the Dripbox to updated versions of both. While the Cupti brought up many improvements over the Nebox it was still not perfect. So hot on the heels of the Cupti comes the follow up, the Cupti 2.

The Cupti 2 features five additional watts of power not found in both of its predecessors and also features the capacity for dual 18650 batteries. One of the biggest hang ups I had over the Cupti was its singular 18650 battery capacity which meant it was great for short vape stretches but not something I could tug along all day long without access to a USB port. One of the other biggest improvements on this version is the ventilation system for the batteries. The other previous version of all in one systems by Kanger didn't take into account this dilemma and would often prevent a vaper at maximum wattage from enjoying a chain vaping experience. Hands down the Cupti 2 has more vents than are actually necessary and that's a good thing. Still working within the realm of zinc alloy craftsmanship the paint job on the Cupti 2 is phenomenal, and much better than we saw on both the original and the Nebox.

One wish we do have for this device is a new version of the coil, in an attempt to make the Cupti 2 leak proof Kanger chose to elect a design similar to that of Joyetech in featuring a top load coil. While this is a great design for leak proofing a device it leads to a bit of a gurgling and spitback challenge. This of course does not apply to every vaper who uses these coils but it is the only drawback we have experienced in its design. We hope to see better performance out of the long awaited CLRBA.
