The Herakles became the sub ohm tank of choice when it was first released because it provided the best wicking coil available. As someone who owns the Herakles I can personally tell you in the six months that I have been using it I have never come close to a dry hit. As someone who vapes extremely high VG based eliquids, this was a huge change for me.

Sense took the Hydra and improved on the already loved Herakles by giving it better airflow control, top fill technology, and by introducing a 1.8 ohm coil for those vapers who prefer not to go sub ohm. If you are a fan of smaller sized tanks, the Hydra's 2ml capacity makes it perfect for stealth vaping as well as getting around. The tank does not feature a build deck for those who like using self made coils but the coils available last on average 7 - 11 days per my personal experience.
