Blu e-cigarettes are one of the most well-known cigalikes out there. They're efficient, portable, and easy to use. The rechargeable devices are some of the company's best sellers, delivering one of the best vape experiences out there. If you're new to vaping, or just want a refresher on the process, here are a few tips on how to charge your Blu e-cig.

Blu rechargeable devices include the myBlu and the Blu Plus xPress. Both charge in a simple, similar way.

When it comes to the myBlu, the first step is detaching the battery from the liquipod - simply unscrew the device and that's handled. Next, you'll have to take your charging cable and attach it to any USB-compatible port (a laptop or iPhone plug will do, but keep a close eye on your device to make sure it doesn't get too hot, especially if you're using a computer's USB port). Once your cord is connected, all you have to do is snap your battery into the other end at its connection point. If you've connected properly, the red light on the end will glow and remain illuminated. Leave it as is until the red light shuts off. Once that happens, your device is charged and you are ready to connect it to the liquipod and start vaping.

If the red light on the myBlu blinks rapidly, remove it from the liquipod for ten seconds and then connect it again. If the battery continues to blink, it means your battery is defective or can no longer hold a charge. If this doesn't work itself out after a couple tries, your battery may be at the end of its lifespan and you'll have to purchase a new device.

With the Blu Plus xPress, the charging process is a bit different. Instead of having a connection point, the device instead has a screw-in port. You'll notice that your device comes with a threaded USB connector. Once your battery is dead, simply connect the charger to any USB port and screw your battery into the other side, making sure the threads are aligned. The light on the charger will glow red and remain so, similar to the myBlu. Once that light glows blue, you'll know that your battery is fully charged. After that, just connect the battery back to the device and you're ready to vape. (Note: According to the Blu website, you should not leave the battery in the USB charging port for more than twenty-four hours).

Charging your Blu devices is extremely simple, and is purpose-built to cater to those new to the community. Having your vape die out midday is frustrating, and all you'll think about for the rest of the day is getting home and plugging it in. Therefore, it's best to make sure your Blu is fully charged before you leave the house, that way you won't have to worry about a sudden stop.
