For being in a so-so location (although who knows how gentrified the Tenderloin will become in the next few years), this shop really makes it worth the trek for Bay Area residents. We also really like GWTS for its style. Aside from a old western esthetic inspired from the namesake movie, Gone with the Wind, GWTS is classy, with a sleek navigable website, and a facebook that is clean, easy to read and up on the current news about vaping.

2. Luxor Vape Lounge and Cafe

We know Bakersfield may not be high up on your list of places to visit, but Luxor Vape Lounge and Cafe was actually a godsend to us. Being right off Interstate 5, this quiet lounge provides the perfect place to take a load off and vape. The intense cloud production and aroma is a heavenly break from travelling. Entering a safe space for vapers, catching snippets of conversation and playing pool with strangers— it all feels social and welcoming. Luxor also has a wide range of products including mods, tanks, and tons of different e liquids. In the area and sick of ordering online? You’ll find it here, no problem.

3. Betamorph E-Cigs

Betamoprh is a good bet for anyone in the Greater Albuquerque area that wants the option of home made e liquids and well known brand names. If you’re looking to experiment with DIY e juice, this is your shop. The owner, Dylan James, is a DIY e juice maker, recording engineer, producer and DJ. He welcomed us into his shop and told us a bit about his brand of e juice and how much he prefers vaping to any other form of nicotine. For those that won't make it over to betamorph but are interested in DIY juice making, Vape360 has a great article on which juices are great for mixing, playing with PG/VG levels, and taste.

Welcome to Whatever, (Midtown location), in the birthplace of Rock n’ Roll. Whatever has a bit more going on than their name would suggest, and their website is easy to navigate for online orders. We like that the shop predominantly carries local juices North Wind Vapors, Cuttwood, and Savage, all delicious and branded particularly well. Stock up on your e liquids here before you find yourself roaming aimlessly around graceland and Dollywood.

Crescent City Vapes (Uptown Location) was the best stop on our tour so far. We loved the vibe in this shop and the clerks gave us the rundown on Paradox, their best selling brand. Crescent City Vapes specializes in premium e juices made locally in New Orleans and it came as no surprise that the sense of community in the shop was strong and welcoming. We also found the best variety of brands since leaving San Francisco. Come here for e liquids ranging from Milk Man to One Hit Wonder.
